Our 60-day warranty states that, product will not have any manufacturing defects, and, if the product fails, breaks or have ink issue due to a manufacturing defect during the time period, we will either replace the product or issue a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Circleone.in reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether the failed product is covered by our warranty or not.

Once the approval is given from your side on your order's proof, it will take 24-48 hours for processing and 6-7 working days for the delivery

• If the product is been wrongly selected by customer no refund or reprint would be entertained.
• Once the product is approved from customer’s end it can't be changed. We charge for any further changes if the product status is "IN PRODUCTION".
• If the product is damaged in transit, refund or reship can be done as per customer’s requirement (Note: No changes in the product will be accepted)
• If the customer wants something different to be printed then he'll have to pay extra for the same
• Our design team will work with you until we create a banner that satisfies you. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can expect to see a full refund within 24 hours.

Printers at CircleOne are calibrated to print colors accurately to match the order, but in cases that they do not, we cannot be held responsible. The appearance of the thumbnail could be different on our screens and equipment compared to yours. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone. However, we recommend you to provide Pantone + Color Bridge Coated for the best match. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case basis.

If there is any discrepancy in the product received, we will send a replacement with priority shipping at no extra charge to the customer. All returns must be reported within 48 hours from the date the product is received. Customers must follow the below mentioned steps in order to get a refund.

• Go to "my account" to create an online ticket. Here, customers must attach a picture of the damaged or incorrect product(s). The customer representative will respond within one business day and resolve the issue ASAP. In some cases, CircleOne will ask for additional information related to the damaged product.
• Refunds will be issued within 48 hours if the online ticket is approved and customers wish to receive their refund in the same payment form, which was used at the time of purchase.

CircleOne does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing customers to include as many photos or graphics on their displays.

We cannot print on both sides of one vinyl banner, but our two-sided banners are made with two banners attached together. This prevents either print from showing through the order while providing twice the durability.

Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending the file. Please set the size of the proof in proportion to the exact size of the custom banner's order. There's no need to include bleeds in the proof, unless it is a part of the graphic. All text should be at least two inches from the edge of the banner's grommets. Acceptable formats include:

• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
• PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
• JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
• TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)

• 100 percent scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
• 50 percent scale at 200 dpi or higher
• 25 percent scale at 300 dpi or higher
• 10 percent scale at 600-1200 dpi

Yes we do.

All of our banners include grommets every three to four feet from another—per industry standards. If your banner needs to have grommets placed in specific parts of it, please explain in the "special instructions" box while placing the order.

Our vinyl banners do not come with wind slits, but this can be arranged for an additional charge. However, we do have a collection of mesh banners, which are made with loosely woven vinyl that can withstand heavy winds.

Customers that use the Design Tool web application, can instantly see the rough image. Our designers will get the finalized proof within 48 hours. If we are designing the banner, it can take up to 48 hours depending on the customer's request.

CircleOne does not accept any kind of orders via phone or fax.Credit card processing through our website is handled by a reputed company. CircleOne personally does not retain, file or view a customer's credit card information.

No, refund will be initiated only within 30 days from the date order is placed, if order is not printed.

510 GSM vinyl is a heavier material than 340 GSM vinyl, it makes banners more durable while adding life to the display. We recommend this option for outdoor custom banners.

We have invested in latest printing and finishing technology. We have UV-LED, solvent, Eco-solvent, HP-Latex, dye-sublimation and direct to fabric printers. Our solvent and Eco-solvent printers can print up to 720 dpi and UV printers can print up to 1000 dpi. All our fabric products are printed using dye-sublimation transfer technology and direct to fabric printing. For our banner and decals media, we offer solvent and UV printing options.
